    Group Classes

    Our boutique studio offers small group classes taught by master Pilates teachers which helps get you moving correctly, feeling stronger more quickly and connecting smarter with your body.

    • Intro offer - First 3 Reformer Classes (only available to new clients) :$80

    • Single Session: $45

    • 5 Reformer classes $200 (valid for 2 months) - ideal for 1 session/week

    • Monthly membership $295 - ideal for 3 sessions/week

    Physio Pilates for Special Condition

    We partner with a physiotherapist to create comprehensive treatment plans that are tailored to each patient’s needs while taking into account the nature of the injury, surgery, or condition. Through our Pilates rehabilitation technique under physiotherapist supervision, we carefully select exercises that are appropriate for the patient’s current condition and gradually increase in complexity as healing progresses.
