Pari is a wonderful Pilates teacher. She is very knowledgeable and creates different classes which are fun and are appropriate for all levels. Her instructions on Zoom are very clear and she always offers modifications should one need them. I have noticed a huge difference in my overall strength and especially with my abs. My body misses her classes when I am unable to do them. I would highly recommend joining any of her classes.

During pandemic while I was suffering from chronic stomach pain, It happened to me to be connected to Pashion Pilates. I took online classes and to my surprise within a month my pain was gone away, and my back muscles got stronger. In two months, I didn’t need to force myself to keep my spine straight, and I could easily squeeze and push up my abdominal muscles. I enjoyed online classes for two reasons: Saving time and money. Something interesting about Pilate is that you can do some of the movements any time whether you are sitting on a chair, lying down or standing.
